«طبخة» تطبيق لمشاركة وصفات الطبخ واكتشافها، يطوّره إبراهيم الدالي (ويُشار إليه هنا بـ«نحن»). توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها عندما تستخدم التطبيق، ولماذا نجمعها، ومن يراها، وكيف تتحكّم بها.

1. البيانات التي نجمعها

• عند تسجيل الدخول: تسجّل الدخول بحساب Google، فنستلم منه اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ورابط صورة حسابك. لا نستلم كلمة مرور Google ولا أي بيانات أخرى من حسابك، ولا نستخدم صورة Google صورةً لملفك إلا إذا اخترت ذلك.
• ملفك الشخصي: الاسم، واسم المستخدم، والنبذة، والصورة، والدولة، وكون حسابك عامًا أو خاصًا.
• تفضيلاتك: الجنس، ونظام القياس، والأطعمة المفضلة، والقيود الغذائية والحساسيات التي تختارها.
• ما تنشره وتفعله في التطبيق: الوصفات وصورها، والتعليقات والردود، والتقييمات وصورها، والإعجابات، والمحفوظات، والمجموعات وعضويتك فيها، ومن تتابعه ومن يتابعك، ومن تحظره، والبلاغات التي ترسلها مع سببها.
• إعدادات الإشعارات التي تختارها.
• على جهازك فقط: لغة التطبيق ومظهره، وعمليات البحث الأخيرة، وعدد الحصص الذي تفضّله في الوصفات، وجلسة تسجيل الدخول. تبقى هذه على جهازك ولا تُرسل إلينا.
• الصور: يطلب التطبيق الوصول إلى الكاميرا أو معرض الصور فقط عندما تختار إضافة صورة، ولا يرفع إلا الصورة التي تختارها أنت.

ما لا نجمعه: لا نستخدم أي أدوات تحليلات أو تتبّع أو إعلانات، ولا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي ولا جهات اتصالك.

2. كيف نستخدم بياناتك

• لإنشاء حسابك وتشغيله وعرض ما تنشره.
• لتخصيص ما تراه: نقترح الوصفات حسب تفضيلاتك ودولتك، ونخفي ما يتعارض مع قيودك الغذائية، وننبّهك إلى مسبّبات الحساسية في الوصفة.
• للتفاعل داخل التطبيق: المتابعة، والمجموعات، والتعليقات، والتقييمات.
• لحماية المجتمع: مراجعة البلاغات، وتطبيق الحظر، ومنع الإساءة والمحتوى المزعج.

لا نبيع بياناتك لأحد، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.

3. من يرى بياناتك

• مستخدمو طبخة: يرون اسمك واسم المستخدم وصورتك ونبذتك وأعداد وصفاتك ومتابعيك ومن تتابعهم. وإن كان حسابك عامًا يرون وصفاتك ومجموعاتك العامة وتعليقاتك وتقييماتك. وإن كان خاصًا فلا يرى وصفاتك ومجموعاتك إلا من توافق على طلب متابعته.
• المجموعات: يرى أعضاء المجموعة ومن تدعوه إليها محتواها، حتى لو كانت خاصة.
• الحظر: من تحظره لا يرى محتواك، ولا ترى محتواه.
• ما لا يظهر لغيرك: بريدك الإلكتروني، وجنسك، وتفضيلاتك وقيودك الغذائية، ومحفوظاتك، ومن حظرتهم، وبلاغاتك. أما دولتك فتُستخدم لتخصيص المحتوى ولا تظهر في ملفك الشخصي.
• البلاغات: لا يعرف صاحب الوصفة من أبلغ عنها.
• مزوّدو الخدمة: نستخدم Supabase لتخزين البيانات والصور وإدارة تسجيل الدخول، على خوادم في فرانكفورت بألمانيا (الاتحاد الأوروبي)، ونستخدم Google لتسجيل الدخول. ويُستضاف هذا الموقع لدى مزوّد استضافة قد يحتفظ بسجلات زيارات تقنية معتادة.
• بحكم القانون: قد نفصح عن بيانات إن ألزمنا القانون بذلك.

4. حماية البيانات

تنتقل بياناتك عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، وتفرض قواعد صلاحيات على الخادم ألّا يصل أي مستخدم إلا إلى ما يحق له رؤيته. لا توجد حماية مطلقة على الإنترنت، لكننا نبذل جهدنا لحماية بياناتك.

5. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك قائمًا. يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من التطبيق: الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. عندها نحذف فورًا ونهائيًا ملفك الشخصي وصورك ووصفاتك وتعليقاتك وتقييماتك ومجموعاتك وكل ما يرتبط بحسابك، ولا يمكن التراجع عن ذلك. قد تبقى نسخة في النسخ الاحتياطية للخادم لمدة محدودة قبل أن تُستبدل تلقائيًا.

يمكنك أيضًا في أي وقت تعديل ملفك الشخصي، وحذف تعليقاتك وتقييماتك ومجموعاتك. ولحذف وصفة نشرتها دون حذف حسابك، تواصل معنا.

6. حقوقك

يحق لك الاطلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها وحذفها، والاعتراض على معالجتها أو طلب نسخة منها. معظم ذلك متاح مباشرة في التطبيق، ولأي طلب آخر تواصل معنا وسنرد خلال 30 يومًا.

7. الأطفال

طبخة غير موجّه لمن هم دون 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات أطفال دون هذا العمر. إن علمت أن طفلًا أنشأ حسابًا، تواصل معنا لحذفه.

8. التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسنغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه، ونُعلمك داخل التطبيق إن كان التغيير جوهريًا.

Privacy Policy

Tabkha is an app for sharing and discovering recipes, developed by Ibraheem ElDali ("we"). This policy explains what data we collect when you use the app, why, who can see it, and how you control it.

1. Data we collect

• When you sign in: you sign in with your Google account, from which we receive your name, email address and profile photo link. We never receive your Google password or anything else from your Google account, and we use your Google photo as your profile photo only if you choose to.
• Your profile: name, username, bio, photo, country, and whether your account is public or private.
• Your preferences: gender, measurement system, favorite foods, and the dietary restrictions and allergies you choose.
• What you post and do: recipes and their photos, comments and replies, reviews and their photos, likes, saves, collections and your membership in them, who you follow and who follows you, who you block, and the reports you send with their reason.
• Your notification settings.
• On your device only: the app's language and theme, your recent searches, your preferred number of servings, and your sign-in session. These stay on your device and are not sent to us.
• Photos: the app asks for camera or photo library access only when you choose to add a photo, and uploads only the photo you pick.

What we don't collect: we use no analytics, tracking or advertising tools, and we don't collect your location or your contacts.

2. How we use your data

• To create and run your account and show what you post.
• To personalize what you see: we suggest recipes based on your preferences and country, hide recipes that conflict with your dietary restrictions, and warn you about allergens in a recipe.
• For interaction in the app: following, collections, comments and reviews.
• To keep the community safe: reviewing reports, enforcing blocks, and preventing abuse and spam.

We don't sell your data to anyone, and we don't use it for advertising.

3. Who can see your data

• Tabkha users see your name, username, photo, bio, and your recipe, follower and following counts. If your account is public, they also see your recipes, public collections, comments and reviews. If it is private, only people whose follow request you approve see your recipes and collections.
• Collections: members of a collection, and people invited to it, see its content even if it is private.
• Blocking: people you block can't see your content, and you don't see theirs.
• Not shown to others: your email, gender, dietary preferences and restrictions, saves, who you blocked, and your reports. Your country is used to personalize content and is not shown on your profile.
• Reports: a recipe's author never learns who reported it.
• Service providers: we use Supabase to store data and photos and manage sign-in, on servers in Frankfurt, Germany (EU), and Google for sign-in. This website is hosted by a hosting provider that may keep standard technical visit logs.
• By law: we may disclose data if the law requires us to.

4. Security

Your data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access rules on the server let each user reach only what they are allowed to see. No protection on the internet is absolute, but we work to keep your data safe.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings → Delete account. We then immediately and permanently delete your profile, photos, recipes, comments, reviews, collections and everything else tied to your account; this cannot be undone. A copy may remain in server backups for a limited time before it is overwritten automatically.

You can also edit your profile and delete your comments, reviews and collections at any time. To remove a recipe you published without deleting your account, contact us.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to object to its processing, and to ask for a copy of it. Most of this is available directly in the app; for anything else, contact us and we will reply within 30 days.

7. Children

Tabkha is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from children under that age. If you learn that a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
