شروط الخدمة

مرحبًا بك في «طبخة»، التطبيق الذي يطوّره إبراهيم الدالي (ويُشار إليه هنا بـ«نحن»). باستخدامك التطبيق فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إن لم توافق عليها، فلا تستخدم التطبيق.

1. من يمكنه استخدام طبخة

يجب أن يكون عمرك 13 عامًا على الأقل. وإن كنت دون السن القانونية في بلدك، فاستخدم التطبيق بموافقة وليّ أمرك.

2. حسابك

• تسجّل الدخول بحساب Google، وأنت مسؤول عمّا يجري من خلال حسابك، فحافظ على أمان حساب Google الخاص بك.
• استخدم اسمًا واسم مستخدم لا ينتحلان شخصية أحد ولا يضلّلان الآخرين.
• يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من الإعدادات، فيُحذف معه كل محتواك نهائيًا.

3. محتواك

• ما تنشره من وصفات وصور وتعليقات وتقييمات يبقى ملكك.
• بنشرك له تمنحنا ترخيصًا غير حصري ومجانيًا لاستضافته وعرضه وتوزيعه داخل طبخة ولمن يتيح لهم إعداد حسابك رؤيته، وتكييفه تقنيًا لذلك (كتغيير مقاس الصور). ينتهي هذا الترخيص عند حذفك المحتوى أو حسابك.
• لا تنشر إلا ما تملك حق نشره: لا تنسخ نصوص وصفات الآخرين أو صورهم دون إذن، ولا تنسب لنفسك عمل غيرك.
• عندما تضيف وصفة إلى مجموعة مشتركة يراها أعضاؤها، وإذا غادرت المجموعة أو أُزلت منها تُزال الوصفات التي أضفتها إليها.

4. قواعد المجتمع

طبخة مكان للطبخ والمشاركة باحترام. يُمنع نشر ما يلي:

• العُري أو المحتوى الجنسي.
• خطاب الكراهية أو التنمّر أو التحرّش أو التشجيع على إيذاء النفس.
• الترويج لأي نشاط غير قانوني.
• المحتوى المزعج أو الترويجي (السبام)، والحسابات الوهمية.
• التصنيفات المضللة: صنّف وصفتك بصدق (الصعوبة، ونوع الطبق، ووقت الوجبة، والمطبخ)، واذكر مكوناتها كاملة، فغيرك يعتمد عليها في تفادي ما لا يناسبه.

ولا تحاول الوصول إلى بيانات لا يحق لك رؤيتها، أو تعطيل الخدمة، أو جمع بيانات المستخدمين آليًا.

5. البلاغات والإشراف

يمكنك الإبلاغ عن أي وصفة تخالف هذه القواعد من خيار «إبلاغ»، ولا يعرف صاحبها من أبلغ عنها. نراجع البلاغات، ويحق لنا إزالة أي محتوى يخالف هذه الشروط، أو تقييد حساب مخالفها أو إيقافه، دون إشعار مسبق في الحالات الجسيمة. ويمكنك دائمًا حظر أي مستخدم فلا يرى محتواك ولا ترى محتواه.

6. الوصفات وسلامة الطعام

الوصفات في طبخة للإرشاد العام، وكثير منها يكتبه مستخدمون. تحقّق بنفسك من المكونات ومسبّبات الحساسية قبل الطبخ، واتّبع ممارسات سلامة الغذاء (كطهي اللحوم والدواجن والبيض جيدًا). تصنيفات مثل «نباتي» أو «خالٍ من الغلوتين» وتنبيهات الحساسية مساعدة فقط، وقد تكون غير دقيقة. ولا شيء في التطبيق نصيحة طبية أو غذائية.

7. محتوى طبخة الرسمي

ينشر حساب «Tabkha» الرسمي، المميّز بعلامة الحساب الرسمي، وصفات كتبناها بأنفسنا. وبعض صورها لمصوّرين آخرين منشورة برخص حرّة، ونذكر اسم المصوّر والرخصة في وصف الوصفة. أما اسم «طبخة» وشعارها وتصميم التطبيق فهي ملك لنا.

8. إيقاف الخدمة أو تغييرها

قد نطوّر التطبيق ونغيّر ميزاته أو نوقف بعضها، وسنحرص على إعلامك بالتغييرات المهمة. ويمكنك التوقف عن استخدام طبخة متى شئت.

9. إخلاء المسؤولية

نقدّم طبخة «كما هي» دون ضمانات من أي نوع، ولا نضمن أن يعمل التطبيق دائمًا دون انقطاع أو أخطاء. وإلى أقصى حدّ يسمح به القانون، لسنا مسؤولين عن أي ضرر غير مباشر ينتج عن استخدامك التطبيق أو عن محتوى ينشره مستخدمون آخرون.

10. تغييرات هذه الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، وسنغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه، ونُعلمك داخل التطبيق إن كان التغيير جوهريًا. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك على الشروط الجديدة.

Welcome to Tabkha, the app developed by Ibraheem ElDali ("we"). By using the app you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. Who can use Tabkha

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the app with your parent's or guardian's permission.

2. Your account

• You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for what happens through your account, so keep your Google account secure.
• Use a name and username that don't impersonate anyone or mislead others.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which permanently deletes all your content with it.

3. Your content

• The recipes, photos, comments and reviews you post remain yours.
• By posting them, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute them within Tabkha, to the people your account settings allow, and to adapt them technically to do so (such as resizing photos). This license ends when you delete the content or your account.
• Only post what you have the right to post: don't copy other people's recipe text or photos without permission, and don't present someone else's work as yours.
• A recipe you add to a shared collection is visible to its members; if you leave a collection or are removed from it, the recipes you added to it are removed.

4. Community rules

Tabkha is a place to cook and share with respect. Don't post:

• Nudity or sexual content.
• Hate speech, bullying, harassment, or encouragement of self-harm.
• Promotion of any unlawful activity.
• Spam or promotional content, or fake accounts.
• Misleading tags: tag your recipe honestly (level, dish type, meal and cuisine) and list all its ingredients, because others rely on them to avoid what doesn't suit them.

Don't try to access data you aren't allowed to see, disrupt the service, or scrape users' data.

5. Reports and moderation

You can report any recipe that breaks these rules with the Report option; its author never learns who reported it. We review reports and may remove content that breaks these terms, or limit or suspend the account responsible, without prior notice in serious cases. You can always block a user, so they can't see your content and you don't see theirs.

6. Recipes and food safety

Recipes on Tabkha are general guidance, and many are written by users. Check the ingredients and allergens yourself before cooking, and follow food safety practices (such as cooking meat, poultry and eggs thoroughly). Labels such as "vegetarian" or "gluten-free" and allergen warnings are aids only and may be inaccurate. Nothing in the app is medical or nutritional advice.

7. Tabkha's official content

The official "Tabkha" account, marked with the official badge, publishes recipes we wrote ourselves. Some of their photos are by other photographers, published under free licenses, and we credit the photographer and the license in the recipe's description. The Tabkha name, logo and app design belong to us.

8. Changing or ending the service

We may develop the app and change or discontinue some of its features, and we will try to let you know about important changes. You can stop using Tabkha at any time.

9. Disclaimer

We provide Tabkha "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we don't guarantee that the app will always work without interruption or errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect damage arising from your use of the app or from content posted by other users.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
